I hope that I have not left anybody out. Please forgive me and accept my thanks. The event was enjoyed by all and had the largest registration so far of any EMAC Gasshuku. We had 72 registered for the day! Many Thanks to you all for your help in making it such a success!!

Note:
" Parents and students: Please make sure that you check the bulletin board in the waiting area of the dojo. It is a good way to inform everyone of recent or upcoming events, results or dojo news, in between newsletters. Our calendar is always posted and will indicate holidays etc. when the dojo is closed. "

" Students are reminded to bring their journals with them to all classes or to leave them at the dojo. They should be part of your training gear that accompanies you to each class. I encourage you to utilize the journal on a regular basis to capture the joys, successes, and uncertainties of your training experience. After each class, seminar, grading or tournament and while you can still recall the details, it is a good idea to write down your thoughts, questions and details of your experiences. It will keep the information fresher in your memory and you will see benefits in your training! Remember to include not just the positive things, for we often learn more from our mistakes."

* Here are a couple of short videos of our Kata that were recorded during the Gasshuku on the weekend.
