For Firefox users:

To be able to view this site properly,
I suggest clicking on the links menu item
on the left hand side of the screen. Next,
clicking on the IE Tab for Firefox link.
This will take you to a page on which you
can download the IE Tab Addon. This addon
allows you to right click on a link and
view it in a tab as if it werer being
viewed in Internet Explorer. By installing 
this adddon the site will display correctly.
